Xianglong Smart Eye & Head Massager, XL-001 Brown Edition

An all-in-one smart wellness massager developed as Xianglong's first company product. XL-001 combines pneumatic pressure, heat, Bluetooth audio, voice control, and flexible wearing modes for relaxation, work breaks, sleep preparation, exercise recovery, and neck warming.

  • Four independent pressure zones covering the eye area, temples, and rear head contact points.
  • Detachable washable blue lining, adjustable nose support, and glasses-compatible wearing structure.

  • External pneumatic host can be placed on a table, in a pocket, or temporarily attached to Velcro when hands are occupied.

Key Control Interface

The power key supports long-press power on/off and short-press mode switching. The function key cycles through main pressure, side pressure, heating level, pressure hold time, release time, treatment time, and other parameters. The plus and minus keys adjust the selected function level.

Smart Blackhead Remover for a French Client

A beauty-care hardware program covering full-machine structure, suction and liquid-path integration, automatic solution switching, screen-guided operation prompts, waste-water collection, internal component layout, PCBA coordination, and design-for-assembly review. Confidential commercial, quotation, and customer requirement documents are not published.

  • Automatic switching between different skincare solution channels.
  • Screen interface prompts the user when to change solution or operation mode.
  • Used liquid is collected into a dedicated waste-water bottle for cleaner operation.
  • Suction head, sealing path, replaceable nozzle, pump, sensor, and internal support structure were coordinated as one system.
  • Exploded mechanical design supported PCBA, motor/pump, battery, display/touch panel, and assembly sequence planning.
